Went to this sizzling spot expecting to get some delicious tavern food. Definitely not expecting a gourmet-esque meal, which is exactly what happened. The beer-battered fish was positively sumptuous and crunchy in all the right places. It was served atop a plate full of thinly sliced crisp fries. Nicely done. Added a small side salad with blue cheese dressing, a tasty, thick and chunky choice. Server Courtney was pleasant and prompt, a winning combination when one is hungry. Strongly recommend for anyone wanting food that's a notch above the norm, it was also fun to eat and shoot pool in a cozy room with a warm ambiance.
