this program is out of hand. the other staff that work there are completely oblivious to what realy goes on there. in a sense some of them do but they just dont care. they inslut the "residents" as they call them. its all a joke there sallery is ridiclous, they dont pay nearly as much as they should for the work that is done by the other staff. with the way the gas prices are right now, if you dont live within 5 miles dont bother to apply. the driveway on the way in is over 1 mile its self and the hours are retarted. they will and i mean will mandate you to work a double shift and not even pay you over time. but thats just my opion. if you want long hours for little pay, disrespect from staff and residents alike then this is the job for you.
