Called to have my car unlocked because I missplaced them and this lady says she can't help me. I asked if it would help to give her my registration info and drivers license upon getting here as proof that it's my vehicle and she asked what kind of car was it instead of answering my question then said she couldn't help again. Very frustrating situation and she managed to make it a lot worse. Thank you for that.
