The worst customer service I usually go to auto zone so maybe I'm accustomed to Auto Zones great customer service. Anyway I came in and was asked 1000 questions about a return I wanted to make and buy a new battery so finally I buy the battery and leave once I left I'm in my truck getting ready to pull off and I see a sign on the front window free battery testing and installation so I wonder why I have to go back in and ask for this service why was it not offered? I can give it 1 star because i eventually after I went back in and asked and waited 20 mins the battery was installed. I also have to ad when I purchased the car battery the employee that rung me out got the battery from the shelf brought it to the counter, rung me up and mentioned "wow this battery is heavy" completed my transaction and that was that. My point is I'm am visibly 9 months pregnant he never offered to even carry it to the car or offer me a cart I'm not the kind of person to play the pregnant card but SMH.
