Advanced Medical Homecare Supplies

Not at all happy with this company. I am a customer and my son is a customer and we have not had anything but issues with receiving supplies and bills. I have been a customer since November and have had to contract them to receive a bill which did not come from November till March. I am also supposed to receive a live call monthly to see if I need supplies and again since November have not got a call. Now my son became a customer in Feb. They credited his start up funds to my account and then would not send him supplies which I again had to call for because he had a start up balance. Called them today and they told me that they would credit his account and then send supplies but I still have a 180 balance to pay because their billing department never sent a bill. Waiting for a return call from owner. These people are a bunch of screw ups.
