I appreciated the experience I had on two occasions visited to the facility. For me I'm afraid of the ER, after a bad experience. The staff at Urgent Care was very attentive to me making me feel that I was in good care with them. I would go to Urgent Care whenever I have an emergency, before I would trust going to the ER. I was very satisfied with my visits.
