Had lots of work done By Aigner Power Equipment. Always happy. I do realize that early spring is a high volume time, But never had to wait to long. Would highly recomend.

I feel that the owner Robert is wonderful and can't do enough for his clients, the problem is that he is not tending to this part of his business. He is doing his construction and he has left the small equiptment part of the business to others. The woman behind the counter needs to go on to fast food or to be asking " paper or plastic" snails have more personality. (must be a relative). Well that being said I have decided to go back to running my trusty DOLMAR it runs great less hassels than the stihl and i can get new chains for $11 instead of $25 at osbournes in honesdale and also get treated like a human. not like i was that ladys ignored dog. Robert come back and maybe we will also. Don't let a good business go to the sh-tter. Well I would have given at least 4 stars to Robert, but since i have to give at least one thats what they get for the service now a days. LETS SEE IF ROBERT CARES ABOUT HOW HIS BUSINESS IS BEING RUN WHILE HE IS NOT THERE.
