Went through the website and found a rental in my range and in a nice neighborhood. Confirmed an appointment and was told i would get a lockbox code a half hour before my viewing. Come ten minutes before, i called to get the code. No answer. Called at the time of the visit, no answer. Called fifteen minutes after, no answer. They then had the nerve to email me and tell me how nice it was to meet and asked if I liked the house. Are you kidding me?! I advise you to avoid my hassle and go through some other property management. Worst experience and most unprofessional management service I have ever encountered.
