Very disappointed. I went here for years for service and yearly inspections until my dad had some unpleasant experiences. I started going elsewhere. Honda at one of my oil changes months ago mentioned our brake pads getting low and will need maintenance in the future but it was not of immediate need. After we got our inspection done at the dealership last month we decided to call around for prices since Honda quoted us at $190 and we thiught that was a bit high for just the brake pads before it started affecting the rotors and he cost going up even more. I stopped at 3j’s to get my tires rotated and mentioned to the owner about my brakes so he offered to have his guys next door look it over. The owner from the shop attached stated that the brake pads were on about 30% and should be done within the next couple weeks. Okay great. They gave me a better price han Honda. Now earlier that day I had called All Phase and asked the woman who answered the phone to quote me on a price for brake pads on just the front of my vehicle. She questioned me asking if I was sure it wasn’t also the rotors and I told her no. She wouldn’t give me a price and told me to call back after I looked at the paperwork from Honda about what was wrong with the brakes. I called back a few minutes later and she said she would call me back wih a price for them to look at it, said it would he $30 for them to just look at it. Give me a break. It would probably take them less than five minutes. After the other mechanic later in the day told me it was indeed only the brake pads and not the rotors (checked for FREE) I called All Phase up again and explained I just had my car looked at and was interested in a price for only brake pads. Not only was the guy who answered the phone rude, but he told me that he would not just do brake pads because it is not smart and it is a liability issue. Why would another mechanic be willing to do it then? I do not know a ton about cars but I do know that unless the pads are worn down completely and rubbing against the rotors, the rotors do not need replacing. All Phase you have forever lost a customer. Your attitude business demeanor is atrocious. There is clearly no liability issue, just that you want more money at one time.
