All Pro Appliance Service & Repair

Trying to get in contact with these people seem close to impossible. I have called on a Wednesday about my fridge going down and i was told they couldn't come to the house until the following Monday. John ( who is a great guy and knows his work) came to the house and said i just needed 2 parts for the fridge (which i told them the parts i needed in advance and also through lowes). Now I have gone 10 days without a fridge i have completely lose all of my food which will not be replaced and I have 2 kids and a pregnant wife. All pro was suppose to overnight the part Monday and I am being told to wait 6 more days for service. I will not recommend this company. ( i do recommend John because he is great at his job.)
