We have been clients for over 12 years, and recently they hired new employees who were not trained to answer simple questions like "what do we do if we get into an accident ". They don't even have an experienced agent in the office to answer our questions. Nor, do they return calls when they say they will. This is the third time this has happened. We are going to be switching agents.
