Bought recliner in October for my wife having rotary cuff surgery. Seat started fraying on 2nd day. My wife is 110lbs. Manager said he will reorder another(4-6weeks). 5th week we called Manager, said they stopped making them. Come pick another but you have to wait 4-6 weeks for it to come in??? At this point I ask is there anything that we can be compensated for(I'm a business owner). Manager got all offended and said it's not there fault they have piece on display but we have to wait 6 weeks. Very unprofessional excuse makers. Avoid this place like the plague. My business is in 1,500 homes a year. Will warn all consumers.
