I would give them NO STARS, but they make you choose one... My son waited 2 hrs on a freezing December night for Andy's to show via a AAA call. His car had leaked all the oil out and he had pulled straight into a lot and parked it quickly to avoid engine damage. The Andy's driver tried loading his car from the back bumper - even tho my son asked him first if he was sure he could load it from that angle, and he ended up tearing the bumper half off the car trying to pull it on the tow truck. My son's girlfriend had arrived by this time and was yelling to STOP! since he was doing damage. The driver then instructed my son to turn his car around (which he had already told him he didn't want to start it with no oil!) He then hooked up the front of the car and pulled it on. My son rode home with his girlfriend, the driver got lost and called for directions to our house. When we had the car repaired, it turned out the driver had connected to the tie rod and bent it severely, we had to replace it. We sent Andy's a bill for the tie rod AND for the damage to the rear bumper, which was seriously cracked and displaced. They paid one, but not the other. We took it to small claims court, and the owner and driver LIED FROM BEGINNING TO END to the judge about everything, including that our son rode home with the driver and tipped him! OUTRAGEOUS. The judge sided with Andy's (I suspect they were previously acquainted, from same small town), and we got nothing. NEVER call this place for ANYTHING - they are totally dishonest and terrible at their business. I would rate them a zero.
