As a catering company, you realize that rental companies will make mistakes on the rental orders from time to time. The best you can hope for is that they can rectify the situation asap for the event, and or they will not charge you for items ordered that never showed up - and maybe an apology for the mistake and for putting our client relations at risk. This is the third time Anthony Party Rental has screwed the pooch on an event for us, and they chose to make excuses, deny and argue instead of making the easy choice of rectifying the situation for us and keep the ongoing business. I guess they are doing really well, and don't really need the extra business as we won't be using their services again. Very disappointing
