For what many consider to be a painfully drawn out experience , I must say I was pleasantly pleased. Our sales representative Mike was professional, patient and very easy going. There was never a moment where I felt pressured to purchase. I found the staff courteous and professional the dealership ( sales floor & service center) clean and well organized. My experience buying my new Chevy Malibu was very professional and friendly. From the original contact with Chris through the discussion and test drive I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. The vehicle selection I wanted wasn't on the lot so he searched and found one with my specifications and was able to have it available within two days. Because my trade-in vehicle needed repairs, I was given a new Malibu to drive until mine arrived. Chris was very patient with explaining the options with the new features and how they work. Everything was set up before I left the lot with my new car. Past experiences left me with a dread of going through this process again, but this was by far the easiest purchase of a car that I ever made. I appreciate the professionalism, kindness and patience!
