Arista Pool & Spa Inc

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with Arista Pools. We chose a custom pool builder because we saw some negative reviews about the big chain pool companies sub contracting everything out and then not standing behind their warranty. We chose Arista even after meeting with their salesman who came from one of the larger pool builders. The owner of Arista claimed to be very involved in his business. He said he checks his email every morning and returns messages immediately and returns phone calls but not once did we experience this service he claims to deliver. He's very slow and non-responsive. You will wait forever to get communication from them. Beware, they took our large pool deposit and charged exorbitant "made up" survey fees and "architectural" fees after the fact before they even put a shovel or soil sample into the ground. They made decisions on their own without our consent in the pool design which caused us major worries. This is not a company that wants to work with you on a custom pool. We started working with them in January and they were the slowest pool company to work with and extremely over priced. By May, they still had not even had a shovel into the ground despite saying we'd be "swimming by Memorial Day". The sales man brought in an outside vendor for some landscaping we wanted to have done that the Arista owner didn't even know about...he did business very shady. I can't recommend them and caution anyone considering doing business with this company. After numerous communication attempts, the owner still won't even return an email or call. So, buyer beware!!

These people are inground pool experts. Everyone around here has them install their pool.
