The doctor is OK, however the treatment you get from the staff is horrific. My daughter's contacts were part of the recall from Coopervision and the staff argued with us that it wasn't until we proved to them that it was. They took their time in getting a replacement and then try to charge us for the new lenses. I had to drive to the office and scream to get anything done.
