The staff, while you are there, are very nice. However, Aspen Dental has been nothing but a pain in my tooth since I tried to become a patient. After getting all the new patient stuff done, they would not schedule me for a cleaning until they verified my insurance. Fine. Its been 2 months and I still haven't received a call. I can't set up an account online because I don't know my account number, but if I'm trying to set up an account why would I already have an account number?! I'm giving up and going back to my old dentist and will PAY MORE just to get the service and professionalism I would hope to get. Aspen Dental is a joke.
Very gentle and yet casual. There is someone at every turn to help you with any questions or need you may have. I have never had to wait more than five minutes later than my appointment time either. Excellent pricing/packaging program to accommodate those without dental insurance. Terrific experiences all around.
