ATM (Wells Fargo Bank)

The machine ate my bonus check a few years ago. Spent an hour in the parking lot trying to call Wells Fargo for help, they said they'd send a tech in the morning and call me back. I never heard back, so I called the bank and they had no idea what I was talking about and there was no way to retrieve the check lost in the atm.
