Brought my grandfather here for rehab to build his leg strength after having pneumonia. The staff is dramatically unqualified, lacks communication among one another, and they view this as a "job" rather than actually caring for the patient. Most importantly and frightening is how my grandfather has a huge, bright yellow bracelet that reads "Fall Risk" and he's been left alone to use the bathroom and shower 3 times now despite bringing it to multiple nurses' attention. Physical therapy is pathetic and this place is only here to accept the money from your insurance. Highly recommend finding another place for your loved ones.

If I could give zero stars I would!! I brought my grandfather in with high hopes that he would be in good hands when I was not present. He was brought in to learn to walk again. Being a fall risk he was not suppose to be left alone when using the restroom. Many times he was left alone in the bathroom for long periods at a time. He even has a bright yellow fall risk bracelet on! All they did was put his clothes on his lap then walked away leaving him there helpless. A man who can’t walk or stand on his own just left there!! We told them he could not be left alone and the only response we got was an “okay” only for him to be left alone in the bathroom again the next morning. As a person who works in the human service field I am more then beyond upset with the services my grandfather was given. We signed him out since we did not want to risk one fall all because he was neglected in the bathroom multiple times. He was switched rooms as well and they dropped his flower pot breaking it, and did not put the sign back on his closet saying the family will do his laundry. Many times we also found his roommates clothes mixed within our grandfathers. When I would ask for assistance with things I would receive attitude from the workers like I was a bother. Absolutely disgusted. If you really care for your loved one or friend DO NOT take them here. You’re better off somewhere else.
