Audia Otto is the pure definition of "The Best" in a management position that I've ever experienced in my 14+ years as a Realtor. It's important to her that she finds time to help you with anything you bring to her. Her integrity is beyond measure. She truly is "The Best" of the best.

Audia is a welcoming Manager whose door is always open to the Realtors that are associated with the East Regional Office of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services Inc. I knew nothing about real estate sales a mere two years ago and now I feel pretty comfortable with the training that has been offered through our regional office as well as the corporate office. The knowledge that I have come away with is awesome. Audia can take a complicated situation and break it down into examples that make sense to each of us and that is invaluable. The rhetoric of real estate is like no other and until you can understand the "lingo" and how it works within transactions you are swimming in a very large pool and drowning. Audia makes it easy to grasp. I wouldn't change my happenstance for anything. I love where I am and who I am associated with on a daily basis.
