I've had the pleasure of working with Darren many times. He has excellent communication, is fairly priced, and does great work. I highly recommend him to anyone needing work done to their car - especially transmission repair. He and his team are truly experts and they will fix it right the first time. I will be the first one to tell you, I know absolutely nothing about cars. So when it came to finding out my issue, I was quite skeptical because I have been screwed before. My first time going in I had a noise in the front end of my car, and for the life of me had no idea what it was. I called Darren and said " Good morning Darren I am having a sound in the front of my car, and im worried it could be something serious, I will be in the area and was wondering if you could take a look at it?" He told me to bring it in WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, and just did a full check on my car. Finally diagnosing the issue was just low power steering fluid. Here I am thinking it will be hundreds of dollars and it wasn't even close to that. The complete honest really went along way because they could have charged me whatever it is and I would have paid it. It is hard to find this type of honest any more and I really appreciate you taking me in within a few hours of calling you, and taking care of the issue. He treats it like it was his car and that's why I will never take my car anywhere else but to Darren's Automotive Powertrain. Thank you!!
