I wish I could have given this place no stars. Absolutely, the worst experience I have ever had in any retail establishment. I have my sisters baby shower this weekend which is being held in western NY. I figured get the stuff here and bring it up with me and everything would be good. I was dead wrong. First, I tried to print out my sister's registery. Computer kept crashing and never printed the registery. Ok, not a big deal I pulled it up on my phone. So as I walked around looking for some of the items I had questions. I went up to the Guest Service counter for some help. I stood waiting to speak with someone. From another register, a girl yells over if I wanted to cash out. I said "no, I just need some help." That's when a very rude girl, I assume she was the "guest service" person turned and asked what I needed. I tell her what I wanted to buy and ask her what would be the best way of approaching the shipping or just buying it or whatever, but I just needed help was the bottom line. The girl proceeded to ignore what I was saying and asked me to again tell her what I needed. So I again told her, she then decided I was being a pain in her ass and called for a manager. In no way did I need a manager, I wasn't getting loud, I wasn't getting upset or nasty, I just wanted to know what was the best way to shop for the items I needed. So I told this girl I was done, I didn't need to speak to some manager, however, since she made it very clear she didn't want to help me I said I was leaving and didn't need to be treated like I was a problem for asking a simple question. So if you plan to shop here, forget it, I rather order on Amazon and not deal with nasty people.
