Horrible, horrible customer service! I usually do not review places and I was taught if I do not have anything nice to say, don't say it at all. However, I have never met a more rude sales person in my life. She was condescending and gave off the impression that I was inconveniencing her. I'd rather drive 100 miles for chalk paint than visit this store again.
Laura, I appreciate your response and trying to find out what had happened. However, the experience that your daughter is reporting is not what had happened. When I asked for help and info on the product, she sighed and stayed in a very rude way 'you should take a workshop.' No explanation about the product, no questions on my experience with restoring furntiture. No dialogue at all. Maybe I would've taken a workshop if your daughter had offered it in a polite and professional manner? I actually had an hour break and had planned on using as much of it as I could to gain any info I could. However, after your daughter was rude and obviously did not have time for me. I just wanted out of there. She did NOT offer brushes and I am thankful that you mentioned them in your response because if I had not done my research prior to coming to your store, I wouldn't have known I needed them. Please understand this post is not to bash your store but to provide you with the information that you need to better train your daughter on customer service.
