Serious mal practice going on.
I've had my policy for almost 20 years and as of past 4 months I haven't had an agent so no one has come out to collect my payment.
I tried sending it in via mail and they said they never received it and tried to cancel my almost paid up policy. I had to drive to thier office and pay in person to prevent my policy from canceling.
Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE company as of late!
If you're thinking about purchasing insurance from here, Don't do it.
