Worst rental experience! If you want to be treated like a human being, I suggest you go elsewhere. Wanted me to sign the lease based on a sample unit. When I asked to look at the actual apartment, Allen was rude and made me feel like an inconvenience. Kept dismissing me, hung up the phone twice before I was done talking. When I came in to the office, talked to me with his back turned, and raised his voice at me. I wanted to tell him off but needed to make sure I get my security check back which they requested with the application and not at the time the lease gets signed. Received the refund check, and was shocked when I noticed the memo "2dm2dlwith" - too dumb to deal with? Guess what, not dumb enough since I knew what you meant! Thanks Allen for being such an as* from the start, saved me from paying my hard earned cash to you!
