I was going to let this go, but the more I look at my hair the angrier I get. First off, I have platinum blonde hair. I went into this beauty creations to have my roots touched up because I cannot go to my usual salon (I'm from out of state). Lauren turned my roots ORANGE and said she couldn't fix it that day because they were about to close and she had "prior obligations." I flew to PA so I did not have a car to drive back to the salon until the next time my husband was off which would have been two weeks later. So I was forced to pay out of pocket ($150) for a cab to get it fixed the next day so I didn't have to look hideous for two weeks. She "fixed" it for free, but I was told I would have to pay extra for her to style it again. The resulting color was a dull yellow. The total cost I paid for this disaster was $300+ for the color, cab, and hat I had to buy to cover it. Thank God I'm home and get my hair done by my usual stylist.
You will be well "treated" here. An old house converted to full beauty salon and day spa. Very happy hubby and I tried this place. He had a massage and I had a facial. Both were top notch! That is THE key thing. My technician was very gentle every step of the way. It was a relaxing experience. What else I liked? Clean facilities, very friendly team, comfortable treatment bed, scented warm towels (lemon-grass), rooms had showers and toilets inside. If this place had water facilities like a pool hot tub and steam room I would give them a higher grade. I really love these things in a spa. That said they serve this smaller community well with good service, warm smiles and quality products.
