Bela Bridal wedding, prom, & Quinceanera

They were great at the beginning. My soon to be wife found the perfect dress. They told her the only size left at their supplier was XS when her dress came is it was 2X she is alot closer to an XS. So had to pay more money for more than expected alterations. Step 2 we liked the service so much we decided to help out the business and do bridesmaid dresses there as well. What a nightmare girls paid extra for express shipping dresses still came in a week after they told us, then when i picked them up they were not steamed nicely hanging on hangers they were folded in a bag shipped from china and when i questioned it to girl working she just laughed it off and said thats how we get them shipped to us. So between the wrong size dress for the bride, folded bridesmaid dresses a week later than told for express shipping and from china, and the phone and sign on door says their hours of operation but they dont follow it. When i arrived it was a half hour after schedule but they didnt open till an hour after their posted schedule.... seamstress was amazing for her 5 stars but the business damn near killed me
