La Vie was advertising coupons that turned out to be expired. We spent much more on our services than we could afford because of this. I am a hairstylist as well, and at my salon and every other salon I've worked in, if I am advertising a coupon, I either pull it down when it expires or if I fail to take that coupon off my website, I honor that expired coupon when someone brings it in. I was getting my nails done two days before my wedding and when I woke up the next morning, two of the nails on my left hand were lifting. By the time my wedding day rolled around, half my nails were falling off. I removed my nails and found my nail beds to be tissue thin and very painful. The staff were very kind and personable and Iiked them a lot, but I'm very unhappy with how my nails for my wedding turned out, how the condition of my nails is compromised, and how they were advertising a coupon that they did not take when we presented it at the checkout.
