Customer satisfaction really matters to Mike and his team at Berardi's! My husband has been going to Mike for a couple of years now. In June, he brought another vehicle to Mike for window tinting and added a few other services. The tint turned out perfectly, as usual. However we had some issues with the other work. As soon as Mike found out we were less than 100% satisfied, he immediately contacted us to rectify the problem. He offered to redo the job at no cost and provided a loaner for our use. The re-work turned out perfect and we are thrilled with Mike's care towards his customers. No business is able to satisfy 100% of their customers 100% of the time. What makes Mike and the Berardi team stand out is they take every customer's comments extremely seriously and their follow through is impressive! We're hard pressed to say the same of other businesses.
