If I could I wouldn't give this place any stars. They are the most unprofessional people. They never pick up their phones. Anytime you do speak to someone they act like you are the dirt beneath their shoes. I hate this place and the caseworkers are ignorant. They always conveniently lose your paperwork, my caseworkers had the nerve to tell me that my appeal papers will never get to her desk in time. After I had physically took them in and had them time stamp. That's illegal. Worst place ever if you really need the help. But if you are friends or family with one of them I'm sure they will make sure you are taken care of.
