I have been working with Jim DeFrank, and his associate Anthony Nanni, for almost 2 years now and I couldn't be more pleased. In early 2015, Jim and Anthony assisted me with the purchase of an office building in Media, PA. As my first commercial real estate purchase, they graciously walked me through the process with patience and candor.
Once the building was purchased and renovated, I began working with Anthony Nanni to find business tenants (8 prof. office suites). While many office buildings in Media, PA opt to simply stick a 'For Lease' sign on the front lawn, I knew in order to expedite the process that I wanted Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices post the listing on MLS, handle the tours, and assist me in negotiating the contracts.
While my office suites are small, and thus not a huge incentive for a Realtor to promote, Anthony Nanni treated each one as if they were huge.
Now for the good news, as of two weeks ago, the office building is now entirely leased! A special thanks to Jim and Anthony for all your hard work. Much appreciated!
