I am a long time Best Buy customer. Today was the first time I had any employee lie to my face, that employee was actually the manager. I bought headphones online that showed available for pick up at this location. When I arrived I was told by the manager they were not available because of a "fraud check" on items ordered online. I laughed because he was stammering and not looking me in the eye. I left and ordered from another store in NJ and picked them up within a half hour. During that time I was notified by email that my Bethlehem order was cancelled due to no stock available. Manager lied to the customer to avoid explaining that the inventory was off.
