Good electronics place to see before you buy. Best you know what your buying because the staff seems limited on knowledge. You can buy anything Best Buy stocks cheaper online. They do not price match only with a select few other overly priced retailer's like themselves. At least you can see it before you purchase at Best Buy.
My husband and I were in search of a larger TV than we had so we decided to check out "Best Buy" due to their reputation. Shortly after our entrance we were approached by an associate and he asked us questions to find out what we were interested in finding. We gave him a size and price range of what we were looking at and he proceeded to show us a few that fit our needs. From the info and facts on each one, we purchased one that we are delighted with so far.
Nice, bright, clean store. I equate an establishment with the cleanliness of it's restrooms. Best Buy's restrooms are also bright & clean. Their staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help you but also not pushy. I love the area just to the right as I walked into the store. Two big comfy chairs with a HUGE television in front of it. It would be the perfect place to wait, in comfort, while your friend, spouse or teenager checks out the store. All attempts at humor aside, I have gone to Best Buy for help with my computer on several occasions. The staff not only fixed my computer, without making me feel like an idiot but on one occasion the fix was so simple they did not charge me. Try finding that kind of service at another retail store these days.
