Kelley- the assistant manager- is one of a kind! My boyfriend and I had some issues getting our phone numbers switched but Kelley stayed to help an hour after he was scheduled. He even checked our ticket status for us during his personal time at home. I've been going to Kelley for many years now, but after all he has done for us this weekend I think he deserves kudos! We cannot thank him enough for everything he was willing to do to help us out! I definitely will be sticking with Best Buy mobile thanks to Kelley!!
