I had an issue w/ my fireplace insert. I communicated the part needed. They scheduled an appointment over a week later, sent the wrong parts w/ Service man not once but 2 times. I had paid $189 for service call. They claimed it was a difficult part to obtain. 2 months later, I ordered part from Amazon, got in 2 days. I installed. I made several attempts to get a Service Call refund. I am not sure if they are planning on closing down or are just not interested in being a decent business. Steer clear. The women who schedules is incompetent and insincere.
