Bevan Properties

I rented from Bevan Properties years ago prior to relocating to North Carolina. I was just doing a Google search for a bit of nostalgia in checking out the listing for my old GC apartment, and realized I never actually left a review. As a tenant of Bevan Properties for 3+ years and as a member of the apartment industry myself, I can absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for rental housing in the Grove City area. Any maintenance issues were always fixed promptly and their management team was always attentive to anything that we needed. When I needed to re-let my apartment upon accepting a new job in North Carolina, they worked diligently to list my apartment and find a new tenant (which was really fast) - making the already stressful transition for me easier. I moved from Grove City almost 5 years ago, and I still have fond memories of my time there and my old apartment. Sorry this is a few years late! :)
