Had the unfortunate luck of needing Bill's service. Bill made the experience a breeze. I went in to get an idea of what I was looking at before the insurance adjuster got a hold of it. He told me it looked fixable gave me a very thorough estimate which I took to Progressive. The didn't agree totally but the staff took care of all negotiation and they even had a rental waiting for me when I arrived to drop my car off. I was kept informed in the process and was very impressed that my car looked as good as new! Thank you for the hard work!!!
