Ordered item on Dec 2 2017. Been told on Dec 12 that item was on back order. When I bought item it was saying "in stock". Lady said that it takes 8 business days to process the order, on their answering system it says 3 business days. Never got any tracking info or any idea when the item will be shipped or when I will get it. Will probably get it after Christmas, lol. Worst customer service, beware.
