Bonsai Art Gallery

If I could leave fewer than one star, I would. I went here shortly before Christmas to buy a bonsai for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. Upon entering the store, the person working there told me to "grab one and we'll discuss the price," I started to browse and looked at a few different trees. As I was l, I was also googling information about the different trees (there are many different species available, so I guess that's a positive). As it was intended to be a gift and in theory it is something my boyfriend would have for the rest of his life, I felt it was important to choose one I thought would be the best fit for him. After maybe 5 minutes of browsing, the man working at the store starts yelling at me "what are you doing?! Are you looking up prices?! Just pick one up!" and so on. I started to try to tell him I was trying to pick the one I wanted but he continued to yell at me. It was a bizarre and unpleasant experience and ultimately I left the store while he was yelling at me and was unavailable to purchase a bonsai. I was upset to leave without a gift, but happy to not give him my business.
