Borough Emmaus

The borough leaders are not focused on the needs of the public they try to attract to this lovely little slice of geography. Parking is limited to a 2/hour span of time - monitored by an officer who will ticket your car if you exceed the allotted time. It is not possible to dine or spend time in the many interesting shops without constantly watching your time piece. Additionally, parking in the triangle area is akin to taking your life in your hands, since there is no speed bump and people use this as a high speed short cut ... and backing out of a parking space is a risky endeavor. It's unfortunate that the people who make some of the governing decisions do not shop or dine in Emmaus ... they'd see what the common citizen encounters !
