Stood at the bar for 15 minutes being ignored, had to give my money to my female friend to actually get a drink. The divey atmosphere might work for some, but typically good service is needed to make up for the run-down facilities. There are much better bars in State College that have the divey aesthetic and I would suggest those before hitting up this place
