2 Apr 25, 2018 stacy Elf Room was nice. After hours assistance coud improve. At 9:30pm on a saturday, i called the number to get couple extra towels. I woke her up and she wasnt happy. At 10:30, went looking for ice and was told ice machine was turned off.
