Budget Car Rental

Poor service. Worst place to rental a car from. Stupid people don't even know how to deal with customers. I dropped my car far before the return time and they are charging me unnecessary late fees of thrice my rental amount just because I didn't go to their counter to return the keys. I was getting late for my flight and they expect me to bring down the keys to the counter rather than dropping them into the drop box. Morons!
