Budget Car Rental

I was happy with the service and the SUV. We rented a Jeep Patriot that had a little over 20K miles. The place was clean and the staff courteous. I had one minor issue which was resolved by calling the main number. I returned the SUV a day early on a 7 day rental and the rental location stated they could only return $2.64 to my card. But they instructed me to call the main number and perhaps they could refund more. I called and expected this was going to be a waste of my time, but to my surprise, they are going to refund me 1/7th of the rental price. I had done a little research and found their rental price to be about 20% lower than any of the other competitors. I will be back if the need arises.

Was not happy about this location. The information and price the person gave me did not match the print out from my reservation! The person was not professional and also described a different policy then what I had read from the company's website. She did not tried to correct the issues. Other businesses would have tried to gain customers, but budget didn't seem to care. Sorry for this company...
