We love the staff at BUDS! They are super friendly, genuine pet lovers and take excellent care of my lab pup. Their portal is easy to use for scheduling and they are very responsive. Recently, I was in a jam and needed last minute pet care...thankfully, BUDS came to the rescue! They leave feedback immediately after each visit that you can access in the portal or email so I can rest assured that my pup is looked after. My dog LOVES and adores the staff and looks for them every time we walk past their storefront on Church St. I have tried many pet care providers over the years....this group is truly top notch. I highly recommend BUDS for your pet care needs.

Buds took excellent care of my three cats while I was away last week. I never have to worry with Shaunna and her team caring for them. One cat is diabetic, and they do a great job with handling her (she's not the most agreeable cat when it comes to strangers!) and another cat just had surgery on both of his eyes two days before I left for vacation. They did everything that he needed and even sent me updates while I was gone. Their online booking service is great. They have an area where you input all of the feeding/meds/favorite toys/etc information for each animal. I'm so lucky to have such a reliable company to take care of my kitties! I highly recommend using their service.
