Burger King

Will never go here again. Went thru drive thru Ordered 3 large sandwiches, large onion rings fresh out of grease. I got parked by the railing because the presenter lied to me and said they were waiting on my chicken. Turns out he gave my food to the wrong car. Twenty minutes, no exaggeration, later no one has come out or bothered to even acknowledge me so I shut off my car and go into the filthiest burger king I've ever seen, staff standing around playing on cellphones ,talking to each other while manager ran around like a chicken with his head cut off, while his crew with the exception of the skinny white guy cleaning the one vat, no one was doing anything.it wasn't busy. There was trash and grease all over the floor, finally I got the managers attention, got my money back and went to a competitor manager didn't apologize or accept any accountability had an I don't care attitude.i demanded the corporate number which was given to me on a greasy piece of paper with an attitude. Decided to call the general manager first his name is Steven. He apologized and arranged for me to go in the next Friday when he was working to repair the situation. Explained I couldn't get there til after7pm . He said he would stay til 8 I get there and he left at 5. I go back the following Wednesday go thru drive thru and ask for him, rudely told "I can't give out his schedule".i call multiple times get Craig, Steve is not there.....was told he'd be there Saturday..well I was busy Saturday. I'm really offended by the way I've been treated when I was just being a loyal customer.
