I gave 1 star because I don't have any other option! I purchased a crib from them 3 times I confirmed that I'm gonna receive today . After 2 hours I just checked the status! Surpriseeeeee for some reason(?!) 5 days delay! It was important for me to receive by today. They have customer care servise but they never help you out ! I will return back the item right away and I will never ever shop anything from them! Never trust their shipment! Go and get something in store ! Well actually don't even buy because eveywher is cheap then BBB!!!!!!
