can i choose zero stars? It took THREE weeks for this shop just to "confirm" what the dealership told me in just 2 hours. The verdict was a "bad" transmission. At one point I was even told that the vehicle might be totaled. I just picked up the car from my mechanic (after ONE day) and it turns out that my transmission is NOT bad at all. He replaced a bad hose and flushed the system, and I'm back in business. this shop is garbage, and is essentially running an insurance scam. Good luck!
