Don't bother with anyone but Keisha. She isn't a salesman, but she works the main desk but knows everything you can imagine. We had some serious issues with installation and she was the only one that seemed to care and took care of everything. She might not be the manager, but she should be. The actual installation was great and I think they did a quality job, but the installers came a week late, and when they said they would return to finish the steps, they never did. No one called and when I called Carpet Mart they said they would call me back and they never did. Here we are three weeks past our install date and it still isn't finished. The process up until the sale was great (very knowledgeable staff and patient with our children) but after that I felt like they just didn't care anymore.
